Abstract

Настоящее изобретение обеспечивает способ идентификации источника дефекта стекла, посредством которого источник дефекта стекла может быть легко и напрямую идентифицирован без применения математического моделирования. Способ идентификации источника дефекта стекла включает этап конструирования стекловаренной печи, используя в качестве облицовочного материала печи плавленый литой огнеупор, содержащий по меньшей мере один отслеживаемый компонент, выбранный из CsO, SrO, BaO и ZnO, этап плавления стекла с помощью стекловаренной печи и формования расплавленного стекла с получением стеклянных продуктов, и этап выделения из стеклянных продуктов продукта, имеющего дефект стекла, и анализа его компонентного состава для определения положения источника дефекта стекла в стекловаренной печи.
