Abstract

Предметом изобретения является способ снижения содержания СОтопочных и атмосферных газов и устройство для осуществления способа. Характерным признаком решения в соответствии с изобретением является то, что "гидроксидная" ионизированная вода, содержащая ионы (ОН) с щелочными свойствами, используется в качестве реакционной среды для связывания газообразного диоксида углерода (СО), и газообразный диоксид углерода (СО) вступает в реакцию с щелочной ионизированной водой, и во время реакции из газообразного диоксида углерода (СО) и воды образуются карбонатные ионы (СО) и гидрокарбонаты/бикарбонаты (2HCO), и они уходят во внешнюю атмосферу и/или внешнюю воду со связанным содержанием СОв стабильном газообразном или жидком состоянии.
