Abstract

Настоящая заявка относится к активируемым наночастицам, которые могут использоваться в области здравоохранения, в частности в области здравоохранения человека, для того чтобы нарушать, изменять или разрушать клетки-мишени, ткани или органы. В особенности данная заявка относится к наночастицам, которые могут оказывать значительно эффективное терапевтическое действие, когда подвергаются воздействию ионизирующих излучений. Наночастица настоящего изобретения является металлической наночастицей, самый большой размер которой находится в диапазоне от примерно 80 до 105 нм, из металла, имеющего атомный номер (Z), по меньшей мере 25. Настоящее изобретение также относится к фармацевтическим композициям, содержащим совокупность вышеуказанных наночастиц, а также к их применению.
