Abstract

Способ сборки колеса, вращающегося вокруг основной оси и имеющего множество периферийных роликов, смонтированных на периферийных осях, совмещенных тангенциально вокруг упомянутого колеса и отстоящих в радиальном направлении от упомянутой основной оси, причем каждая упомянутая периферийная ось соединена со смежными другими периферийными осями для образования непрерывного кольца, содержащего упомянутые периферийные оси, при этом упомянутый способ предусматривает формование каждой периферийной оси в пресс-форме, имеющей цилиндрическую полость для образования полуоси упомянутой периферийной оси без продольных разделительных линий, причем каждая из упомянутых периферийных осей имеет приемную головную часть для приема свободного конца упомянутой полуоси смежной периферийной оси; монтаж ролика на каждую упомянутую полуось; соединение упомянутых периферийных осей вместе для образования непрерывного кольца из периферийных осей и формование корпуса колеса, включающего в себя опорную конструкцию вокруг упомянутого непрерывного кольца.
