Abstract

ROLAMENTO RADIAL, ESPECIALMENTE ROLAMENTO DE ESFERAS DE CARREIRA ÚNICA, BEM COMO PROCESSO PARA SUA MONTAGEM. A presente invenção refere-se a um rolamento radial (1), configurado como rolamento esférico de carreira única, que consiste em um anel de rolamento (2) externo e um anel de rolamento (3) interno, bem como em uma variedade de rolamentos de esferas (5) integrados entre estes anéis de rolamento (2, 3), rolamentos estes que apresentam duas faces laterais (6, 7) achatadas simetricamente de um formato esférico básico. Estes rolamentos esféricos (5) serão mantidos por uma gaiola de rolamentos (4) em distâncias recíprocas uniformes e se deslocam com suas faces de rolamento (8) entre dois percursos de rolamento (11, 12) estriados, limitados sempre por duas bordas axiais (13, 14 e 15, 16). A largura (bk) das esferas dos rolamentos esféricos (5) entre as suas faces laterais (6, 7) é, no mínimo, 70% do diâmetro (dk) do seu formato esférico básico e, portanto, maior do que a distância (aB) entre as bordas axiais (13,15 e 14,16) dos percursos de rolamento (11,12) nos anéis de rolamento (2, 3). De acordo com a invenção, os percursos de rolamento (11, 12) nos dois anéis de rolamento (2, 3) são configurados com uma profundidade (tLA, tLI) e largura (bLA, bLI) de tal modo extremamente ampliada que as esferas de rolamento (5), também, no caso de cargas axiais variáveis, encontram-se sob um ângulo de pressão de serviço (Alfa) de até 25º nos dois lados do eixo longitudinal do rolamento (17) com suas faces de rolamento (8) em contato linear integral com os percursos de rolamento (11, 12) nos anéis de rolamento (2, 3), sendo que a distância (aB) entre as bordas (13, 15 e 14,16) dos percursos de rolamento (11, 12) axiais e radialmente opostas nos anéis de rolamento (2, 3) é tão reduzida, que a distância (aBex), mesmo com anéis de rolamento (2, 3), dispostos em sentido reciprocamente excêntrico, é menor do que o diâmetro (dk) do formato esférico básico dos rolamentos de esferas (5).
