关节轴承是球面滑动轴承,基本型是由具有球形滑动球面接触表面的内、外圈组成,现有的关节轴承的内外圈都是刚性材料,这种关节轴承在进行机械连接时其外圈与壳体刚性接触,在使用过程中容易磨损,造成轴承的损坏,降低了轴承的使用寿命,从而增加了生产成本。

针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种柔性关节轴承结构,有效保证了关节轴承在进行机械连接时其外圈与壳体柔性接触,有效避免了轴承在使用过程中的易磨损而造成的轴承损坏,提高了轴承的使用寿命,从而降低了生产成本。
其技术方案是这样的:一种柔性关节轴承结构,包括外圈及内圈,其特征在于:所述外圈为柔性材料。
其进一步特征在于:所述外圈设置在壳体内,所述外圈与所述壳体过盈配合;所述柔性材料为复合橡胶材料,所述内圈上设置有横向通孔。

见图1、图2,一种柔性关节轴承结构,包括外圈1及内圈2,内圈2上设置有横向通孔4,外圈1设置在壳体内3,外圈1为柔性材料,外圈1与壳体过盈配合,由于外圈为柔性材料,外圈与壳体过盈配合,在关节轴承在进行机械连接时有效保证了其外圈与壳体柔性接触,有效避免了轴承在使用过程中的易磨损而造成的轴承损坏,提高了轴承的使用寿命,从而降低了生产成本。
普通的关节轴承只能实现了轴承的旋转方向的柔性,径向和轴向都是刚性受力,而本实用新型的柔性关节轴承结构,实现了关节轴承的径向、轴向和旋转方向的受力缓冲,实现了关节轴承整体的柔性。
