Abstract
Стеклянная подложка (1), включающая первую сторону (10) и вторую противоположную сторону (11) и снабженная на ее второй стороне электродом (2), который сформирован с помощью по меньшей мере одной электропроводной пленки, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет по всей второй ее стороне и по толщине е в сторону внутренней области подложки в направлении к первой стороне (10) изменение коэффициента преломления стекла, получаемое с помощью ионообменной обработки, причем коэффициент преломления на поверхности больше, чем коэффициент преломления стекла, расположенного за пределами толщины e.
