Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения высокопрочного гипса, изготовленного из кальцинированного β-полугидратного гипса, включающему добавление гипсового материала, состоящего в основном из β-полугидратного гипса, в реактор (3) для дополнительной обработки, дополнительную обработку в реакторе (3) для дополнительной обработки с образованием высокопрочного гипса, где β-полугидратный гипс непосредственно преобразуется в α-полугидратный гипс при температуре выше температуры кальцинирования 95°С, удаление высокопрочного гипса из реактора (3) для дополнительной обработки и охлаждение. Во время добавления гипсового материала в реактор (3) для дополнительной обработки температуру доводят, по меньшей мере, до температуры кальцинирования, преобразование осуществляют в реакторе (3) для дополнительной обработки при времени выдержки меньшем чем 30 мин, при этом извне добавляют пар и температуру и давление в реакторе (3) для дополнительной обработки регулируют так, что температура равна по меньшей мере 95°С и присутствует избыточное давление.
