Bir kalsinatör (10) içinde çimento ham tozunun kalsine edilmesine yönelik yöntem ve tesisat olup, burada yakıt ve en az hacim cinsinden %30?luk bir oksijen içeriğine sahip bir kalsinatör oksitleyici madde, kalsinatörün (10) en alttaki yakıt giriş seviyesi (L13) ve en alttaki oksitleyici madde giriş seviyesi (L16) arasında konumlandırılan kalsinatör içinde bir oksitleyici madde bakımından zayıf bölge veya bir yakıt bakımından zayıf bölge oluşturmak için kalsinatöre (10) eklenmektedir, ham tozun (14, 15) ağırlık cinsinden %50 ve %100'ü arasında miktarı, oksitleyici madde bakımında zayıf, sırasıyla yakıt bakımından zayıf bölgenin yukarı yönünde ve/veya buranın içerisinde kalsinatöre (10) tedarik edilmektedir.
