Cement do zastosowań w obniżonych temperaturach, znajdujący zastosowanie w budownictwie zimowym, zawierający domieszkę umożliwiającą betonowanie w niskich temperaturach, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera cement portlandzki o zawartości C3A w ilości poniżej 1% wagowego cementu i o klasie wytrzymałości N, w ilości od 50% do 80% wagowych oraz C6A2F o stosunku molowym Al2O3/Fe2O3, od 0,36 do 2,23, w ilości od 20% do 50% wagowych, o średnicy ziaren od 0,090 do 0,056 mm oraz zawartości akcesorycznych dodatków reaktywnych faz, jak CA w ilości od 2% do 6% wagowych C6A2F oraz C12A7 w ilości od 4% do 15% wagowych C6A2F.
