Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения комбретастатина (А) формулы (I) в форме основания или кислотно-аддитивной соли, который включает в себя реакцию сочетания, в присутствии основания и соединения Т3Р, соли (Z)-аминосоединения формулы (II) с дважды защищенным производным L-серина формулы (III), в которой PG означает защитную группу для аминогруппы, с получением соединения (Z)-(Ib) формулы (IV), затем удаление защиты и раскрытие цикла (Z)-(Ib) в присутствии кислоты, чтобы получить комбретастатин (А) в форме соли и, необязательно, добавление основания, чтобы получить комбретастатин (А) в форме основания, причем соль (Z)-аминосоединения была получена обогащением соли аминосоединения формулы (V) (Z)-изомером.
