Abstract
Изобретение относится к формуемой композиции сшиваемой и вспениваемой сложнополиэфирной-полиуретановой смолы, включающей компонент А, включающий: А1) по меньшей мере одно полифункциональное изоцианатное соединение и А2) по меньшей мере один инициатор свободнорадикальной полимеризации; компонент В, включающий по массе: В1) 100 частей по меньшей мере одной полиоловой смолы, включающей В11) от 50 до 80 частей по меньшей мере одного этиленненасыщенного сложного полиэфирполиола, В12) от 20 до 50 частей по меньшей мере одного этиленненасыщенного мономера, причем В11) представляет собой продукт реакции: а) кислого компонента, включающего: а1) по меньшей мере одну этиленненасыщенную дикислоту и а2) по меньшей мере одну насыщенную дикислоту, причем молярное отношение а1/а2 изменяется так, что содержание ненасыщенности в В11) изменяется от 0,25/1 до 5/1, и b) диолового компонента в избытке относительно компонента а); В2) от 0,01 до 1,1 частей воды; В3) необязательно до 35% по меньшей мере одного гидроксиалкил(мет)акрилата; В4) по меньшей мере один катализатор реакции изоцианата/гидроксила; В5) по меньшей мере один ускоритель разложения свободнорадикального инициатора; В6) по меньшей мере один стабилизатор пены; В7) необязательно, наполнители и/или другие добавки, причем указанная композиция свободна от какого-либо первичного или вторичного амина и полиола, имеющего низкую Mn, удлинителя цепи. Изобретение дополнительно относится к способу получения и определенным применениям легковесных изделий в санитарии, строительстве или в автомобилях.
