Abstract
Предлагаемый аппарат биомеханический ротационно-корригирующий для нижних конечностей содержит регулируемый тазовый бандаж (1), размещенный вокруг тазовой области пользователя и выполненный с возможностью центрации головки соответствующего бедра, и средство (5) фиксации соответствующего бедра в заданном положении, выполненное с возможностью установочного поворота в горизонтальной плоскости. Кроме того, аппарат может содержать средство (43) поворота соответствующего коленного сустава, выполненное с возможностью коррекции оси его вращения во фронтальной и горизонтальной плоскостях, средство (75) фиксации соответствующей голени в заданном положении, выполненное с возможностью поворота соответствующей стопы в горизонтальной плоскости, средство (84) фиксации соответствующей стопы относительно соответствующего голеностопного сустава и коррекции объема его движения и средство (99) для размещения соответствующей стопы. При этом аппарат содержит группу штанг (6, 37, 44, 78, 95, 96), последовательно соединяющих тазовый бандаж (1) и указанные средства (5, 43, 75, 84, 99) между собой. Аппарат может быть использован при лечении врожденного вывиха бедра, подвывиха бедра, спастического, спастико-торсионного, паралитического подвывиха бедра по отдельности или в сочетании с патологическими установками бедра, голени и стопы у взрослых и детей.The proposed biomechanical rotary-corrective apparatus for the lower extremities contains an adjustable pelvic band (1) placed around the user's pelvic area and configured to center the head of the corresponding thigh, and means (5) of fixing the corresponding thigh in a predetermined position, made with the possibility of an adjusting rotation in the horizontal plane. The apparatus contains a group of rods (6, 37, 44, 78, 95, 96), successively connecting the pelvic band (1) and the indicated means (5, 43, 75, 84, 99) among themselves. The device can be used in the treatment of congenital hip dislocation, subluxation of the hip, spastic, spastic-torsion, paralytic subluxation of the hip individually or in combination with the pathological settings of the hip, tibia and foot in adults and children.
