Abstract
Способ восстановления подвижности в тазобедренном суставе, включающий использование упражнений лечебной гимнастики, отличающийся тем, что для вытяжения пораженной конечности и выполнения комплекса упражнений лечебной гимнастики используют мягкотканную шину, осуществляют вытяжение реабилитируемой конечности по ее оси, при этом, изменяя направление, кроме того используют последовательное увеличение нагрузки путем дополнительных тяг, которые прикладывают в области дистального отдела пораженного бедра или в грудном отделе позвоночника, производят постепенное корригирующее отклонение конечности в тазобедренном суставе в плоскости имеющейся контрактуры.
