Abstract
Изобретение относится к ортопедии, в частности к детской ортопедии, и может быть использовано для эффективного устранения деформации стопы. Способ лечения врожденной косолапости у детей раннего возраста, включающий наложение корригирующей шины, использование подстопника с элементами фиксации стопы и дистракционного аппарата, отличающийся тем, что корригирующую шину выполняют в виде съемной гильзы с крепежными элементами в области голени и бедра со сгибом в коленном суставе, подстопник для фиксации стопы выполняют в виде ботиночка с твердой подошвой, при этом связывают его с полукольцом с резьбовыми отверстиями посредством эластичных элементов, причем полукольцо фиксируют в сегменте голени гильзы при помощи регулируемого стержня, последующую редрессацию проводят под наблюдением в сторону исправления деформации при контроле мускульного чувства, растягивая мягкие ткани и связки стопы. Использование заявляемого изобретения может быть осуществлено в условиях амбулаторно-поликлинической службы и будет способствовать восстановлению нормальной опороспособности конечности к началу ходьбы ребенка, позволит в короткий срок исправить деформацию стопы и получить хороший функциональный результат без осложнений и технических трудностей.The invention relates to orthopedics, in particular to children's orthopedics, and can be used to effectively eliminate the deformation of the foot. The use of the claimed invention can be carried out in the conditions of an outpatient polyclinic service and will help restore the normal support of the limb to the beginning of the child’s walk, will allow correcting the deformity of the foot in a short time and get a good functional result without complications and technical difficulties.
