Изобретение заключается в способе удаления специфичных примесей монтелукаста формулы (I), которые появляются из-за химической нестабильности целевого соединения и также загрязняют соединение во время осуществления способа получения. Далее, способы выделения специфичных примесей монтелукаста формул (V-A), (IV-A), (XIII a-А), (XIII б-А) и аналитические способы, используемые для контроля получения монтелукаста фармацевтического качества.
