Abstract

Изобретение относится к непрерывному способу получения алканоламидов жирных кислот, согласно которому по меньшей мере одна жирная кислота формулы IR-COOH (I)в которой Rпредставляет собой необязательно замещённый алифатический радикал, содержащий от 5 до 50 атомов углерода, реагирует по меньшей мере с одним алканоламином формулы IIHNRR(II)в которой Rявляется углеводородным радикалом, содержащим по меньшей мере одну гидроксильную группу и имеющим от 1 до 50 атомов углерода, и Rявляется водородом, Rили углеводородным радикалом, содержащим от 1 до 50 атомов углерода, с образованием аммониевой соли, и указанная аммониевая соль затем превращается в алканоламид жирной кислоты под действием микроволнового облучения в реакционной трубке, продольная ось которой ориентирована в направлении распространения микроволн одномодовым микроволновым аппликатором.
