Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к новым гребенчатым полимерам, к способу их получения, а также к их применению для стабилизации в водной фазе нерастворимых в воде или плохо растворимых действующих веществ или эффективных веществ. Далее изобретение относится к применению гребенчатых полимеров для получения композиций действующего вещества или препаратов действующего вещества нерастворимых в воде действующих веществ или эффективных веществ, в особенности действующих веществ для защиты растений. Гребенчатые полимеры могут быть получены путем сополимеризации моноэтиленненасыщенных мономеров М, причем мономеры М включают: а) по меньшей мере один моноэтиленненасыщенный мономер Ма, выбранный из сложных эфиров моноэтиленненасыщенных С-С-монокарбоновых кислот с С-С-алканолами, С-С-циклоалканолами, фенил-С-С-алканолами или фенокси-С-C-алканолами и сложных диэфиров моноэтиленненасыщенных С-С-дикарбоновых кислот с С-С-алканолами, C-С-циклоалканолами, фенил-С-С-алканолами или фенокси-С-С-алканолами; и б) по меньшей мере один моноэтиленненасыщенный мономер Mb, выбранный из сложных эфиров моноэтиленненасыщенных С-С-монокарбоновых кислот и сложных моно- и диэфиров моноэтиленненасыщенных С-С-дикарбоновых кислот с поли-(С-С-алкиленэфир)олами; и причем общее количество мономеров Ма и Mb составляет по меньшей мере 60 мас.% составляющих гребенчатый полимер мономеров М.
