Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к пластиковому запирающему устройству, включающему нижнюю часть, запирающую крышку и прерывистое режущее кольцо круглой формы, которое установлено внутри горловины нижней части таким образом, чтобы двигаться по спирали. Рабочий кулачок (16), который аксиально расположен в запирающей крышке, действует на прерывистое режущее кольцо круглой формы, когда запирающую крышку откручивают таким образом, что режущее кольцо прокалывает и прорезает тару по спирали режущим движением. Режущее кольцо образует вентиляционный канал (6), который соединяется с рабочим кулачком (16). Прерывистое режущее кольцо, нижняя часть которого снабжена острой режущей кромкой, которая с нижней кромкой указанного кольца образует тупой угол, производит режущее движении по спирали, подобное движению ножа, когда запирающую крышку откручивают таким образом, что стенка тары с легкостью прорезается путем приложения минимальной силы, поскольку новая острая точка постоянно атакует материал упаковки, таким образом предотвращая кромсание. Углубление (6), которое расположено на прерывистом режущем кольце, при выливании содержимого играет роль вентиляционного канала (26), что приводит к очень устойчивому процессу выливания без брызг.
