Abstract

Способ получения замещенных бифенилов формулы Iгде заместители определены как указано ниже: Х означает фтор или хлор; Rозначает нитро, амино или NHR; Rозначает циано, нитро, галоген, C-C-алкил, C-C-алкенил, C-C-алкинил, C-C-алкокси, C-C-галоалкил, (C-C-алкил)карбонил или фенил; Rозначает C-C-алкил, C-C-алкенил или C-C-алкинил, n означает 1, 2 или 3, где в случае, когда n означает 2 или 3, Rрадикалы могут быть разными, который включает реакцию соединения формулы IIгде Hal означает галоген и Х и Rявляются такими, как определено выше, в присутствии основания и палладиевого катализатора, выбранного из группы: а) палладий-триарилфосфиновый или - триалкилфосфиновый комплекс с палладием в нулевой степени окисления, б) соль палладия в присутствии триарилфосфина или триалкилфосфина в качестве комплексного лиганда или в) металлический палладий, необязательно используемый на подложке, в присутствии триарилфосфина или триалкилфосфина, в растворителе, с дифенилборной кислотой (III)где Rи n являются такими, как определено выше, где используемые триарилфосфины или триалкилфосфины могут быть замещенными.
