Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к экстракции белка из семян, семядолей или проростков рода Lupinus, а также к способу его получения в рекомбинантной форме и его экспрессии в генетически модифицированных растениях. Благодаря превосходным характеристикам, проявляемым этим белком, в отношении: 1) его сильной противогрибковой и противооомицетной активности, которая наделяет этот белок высоким потенциалом в качестве фунгицида, 2) его высокой активности, стимулирующей рост растений, в частности, известной в отношении нездоровых или естественно ослабленных растений, 3) его исключительной устойчивости к денатурации, которая позволяет применять этот белок в полевых условиях, 4) его высокой чувствительности к протеолизу, что делает его безвредным для окружающей среды и нетоксичным для человека и 5) его хорошо сбалансированного аминокислотного состава. Заявлено его применение или применение любой модификации этого белка, которая сохраняет его биологические свойства, в качестве добавки к пище человека или животных и в качестве фунгицида, инсектицида, стимулятора роста, удобрения или при получении генетически модифицированных организмов.
