Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу образования поверхности с высокой электропроводностью на алюминиевой детали. Слой серебра с высокой проводимостью образуют на детали посредством образования эвтектического сплава. Температура алюминиевой детали возрастает постепенно, при этом слой оксида, образованный на поверхности детали, удаляется. После первой стадии нагревания присоединяемую серебряную деталь переносят на очищенную поверхность. Точку контакта нагревают до температуры, при которой образуется эвтектическая связь между алюминием и серебром. Во время второй стадии нагревания к точке контакта прикладывают слабую кратковременную нагрузку.
