Abstract
Устройство для разделения воды и бурового раствора на нефтяной основе включает разделительный резервуар, средство для химической обработки, включающее один или более резервуаров для приготовления обезмасливающих полимеров, и блок флотации растворенным воздухом. Загрязненный буровой раствор подают в разделительный резервуар, в который для разделения бурового раствора и нефтезагрязненной воды добавляют поверхностно-активное вещество. Буровой раствор осушают для дальнейшей переработки. Нефтезагрязненную жидкость из резервуара удаляют через средство слива и подают в исходную линию обработки. В исходной линии обработки к нефтезагрязненной воде добавляют один или несколько обезмасливающих полимеров и сразу же перемешивают. Затем смесь может быть подана в блок флотации растворенным воздухом, где растворенный воздух высвобождается из нижней части смеси. Растворенный воздух прикрепляется к суспендированным в смеси твердым частицам и поднимает их в виде пены к поверхности. Пену убирают с поверхности смеси и собирают. Вода без пены используется повторно или подается на систему фильтрации, где ее готовят для сброса. Отстойник может быть включен после обезмасливающих полимеров, добавляемых для дополнительного разделения нефти и воды. Нефть удаляют с поверхности при помощи перегородки, в то время как воду подают на систему фильтрации и сброс.
