Abstract

Способ добычи оксида магния из источника, содержащего соли магния, названный процесс включает следующие этапы: (а) добавление основания и диоксида серы к источнику, содержащему соли магния на этапе выщелачивания для того, чтобы образовать продукт выщелачивания, содержащий бисульфит магния; (b) отделение нерастворимых материалов от продукта выщелачивания; (с) удаление избытка диоксида серы из продукта выщелачивания и осаждение магния в виде твердого гидрата сульфита магния; (d) отделение твердого гидрата сульфита магния от продукта выщелачивания, истощенного магнием, и (е) прокаливание твердого гидрата сульфита магния и извлечение магния в виде оксида магния.
