Abstract

Система и процесс извлечения меди из медьсодержащей руды, концентрата или другого медьсодержащего материала с получением высококачественной катодной меди из выщелачивающего раствора без использования способов и устройств извлечения растворителем/раствором. Процесс извлечения меди из медьсодержащей руды, в целом, включает следующие стадии: обеспечение потока исходного материала, содержащего тонко измельченную медьсодержащую руду, концентрат или другой медьсодержащий материал, выщелачивая поток исходного материала, чтобы получить медьсодержащий раствор; подготовка медьсодержащего раствора с помощью одной или нескольких физических или химических стадий обработки и электрохимическое извлечение меди непосредственно из медьсодержащего раствора на многоступенчатых стадиях электрохимического извлечения, не подвергая медьсодержащий раствор извлечению растворителем/раствором до стадии электрохимического извлечения.
