Abstract

Самооткрывающийся затвор состоит из выливного штуцера (3), поворотного колпачка (1), а также из расположенной внутри выливного штуцера (3) втулки-самооткрывателя (2), которая приводится во вращение поворотным колпачком (1). Втулка-самооткрыватель (2) имеет комбинированные прокалывающие и режущие органы (5-7), расположенные на ее нижнем крае и отстоящие от него. Втулка-самооткрыватель (2) имеет на своей внутренней стороне три равномерно размещенных на периметре, направленных к ее центру, гвоздеобразных выступа (9, 10, 11) с ножками выступа (12) и шляпками выступа (13). Ножка выступа (12) и нижняя сторона шляпки выступа каждого выступа действуют в качестве направляющих для одного из трех цилиндрических стеновых сегментов, расположенных на внутренней стороне колпачка концентрически к его оси вращения. Поворотный колпачок (1) соединен на своем нижнем крае (25) через как минимум две не радиальные по отношении к нему, предназначенные действовать в качестве мест заданного обрыва перемычки (22, 23, 24) с плоским опорным элементом (21), соединяемым горизонтально с фланцем (20) выливного штуцера (3) с помощью пальцев.
