Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к описанию применения ряда инновационных способов, позволяющих существенно усовершенствовать эффективность технологии производства хлорированной сахарозы, ее промежуточных продуктов и производных. Разработаны способы сушки в щадящем режиме для извлечения хлорированной сахарозы или ее промежуточных продуктов и производных в основном в чистой форме или с другими твердыми химическими примесями, полученными в процессе производства хлорированной сахарозы. Способы сушки в щадящем режиме включают сушку в тонком слое при постоянном перемешивании, распылительную сушку, сублимационную сушку и сверхкритическую экстракцию. Для деацилирования вместо щелочных гидроксидов и щелочно-земельных гидроксидов было внедрено использование алкоксидов. Как было продемонстрировано, деацилирование оказалось эффективным как до, так и после сушки реакционной смеси. Экстракция и очистка требуемых продуктов, т.е. хлорированной сахарозы или ее промежуточных продуктов или производных из высушенных твердых смесей могла бы быть осуществлена с помощью соответствующих методов экстракции, включающих экстракцию растворителем и сверхкритическую экстракцию, но не ограниченных ими. Дальнейшая очистка таких экстрактов могла бы производиться путем кристаллизации или прямого метода высушивания при щадящих режимах.
