Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к синтезу многофункциональных дендримерных и сверхразветвленных полимеров, которые могут применяться в качестве систем доставки лекарственных средств, биологически активных фармацевтических соединений и в качестве систем доставки генов (носителей генетического материала), получаемых посредством конденсации с генетическим материалом. В частности, настоящее изобретение относится к синтезу многофункциональных соединений на основе подходящих дендримерных и сверхразветвленных полимеров, на терминальную поверхность которых вводятся функциональные группы X, Y и Z. Кроме того, для доставки генов в клетки эти многофункциональные системы катионизируют для образования комплексов с отрицательно заряженным генетическим материалом. Функциональные группы обеспечивают распознавание систем доставки комплементарными рецепторами клеток. Кроме того, они обеспечивают стабильность этих систем в биологической среде и способствуют их транспортировке через клеточные мембраны.
