Abstract
Предложено устройство мелкого масштаба для выработки тепла и энергии, которое содержит маленькую вращательную турбомашину, так что сжатие, нагревание и расширение рабочей среды происходит в соединенных вращающихся элементах с диаметром меньше 200 мм, и которая затем имеет скорость вращения свыше 50000 об./мин, причем ротор полностью или частично вращается в атмосфере, которая создается расширенным газом или паром.
