Abstract

Изобретение относится к новым флюоресцентным красителям из класса цианиновых красителей, в частности индотрикарбоцианинам, с абсорбционным и флюоресцентным максимумом в спектральной области от 700 до 900 нм, со специфической в отношении тиольной группы реакционной группой и тремя, предпочтительно четырьмя, сульфонатными группами, к увеличению растворимости в воде, а также получению красителей. Настоящее изобретение относится также к конъюгатам этих красителей с биомолекулами и их применению.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
