Abstract
Синтезировано два ряда индолениновых пентаметиновых красителей (37 соединений), содержащих реактивную группу в третьем и пятом положениях индоленинового цикла соответственно. Разработан способ получения, выделения и очистки красителей и их предшественников. Для заявляемых красителей определены максимумы поглощения и флуоресценции, коэффициенты молекулярной экстинкции, квантовые выходы флуоресценции, относительная эффективность флуоресценции при возбуждении на длине волны 635 нм (регистрация 670 нм) и 655 нм (регистрация 690 нм), относительная светостойкость, сравнительная чувствительность обнаружения маркированных олигонуклеотидов на биочипах. Показано применение заявляемых красителей для использования в качестве флуоресцентных меток для олигонуклеотидных и белковых микрочипов.
