Abstract

Устройство для внутренней фиксации костей является устройством для внутренней фиксации фрагментов кости. Оно состоит из следующих частей: стержня (5), зажимов (4) с соответствующими шурупами (3) или зажимов (2) с соответствующим шурупом (1) и шурупами (56) для отверстий (28) и паза (30). На одном конце стержня (5) вдоль его продольной оси выполнен паз (30) для шурупа (3 или 56), который ввинчивается в тело кости (33A), а посредством гладкой шейки (17) и/или благодаря плоской нижней поверхности головки (15), опирающейся на плоскую часть (29) стержня, предотвращает поворот стержня (5) относительно шурупа (3A), исключая, таким образом, смещение фрагментов кости (33A или 33B) относительно друг друга, но позволяя продольное перемещение стержня (5) и фрагментов кости (33A, 33B) вдоль его продольной оси и тем самым обеспечивая осевую компрессию на область перелома (34). На другом конце стержня (5) выполнено отверстие для стопорного шурупа (56). Стержень (50) имеет выступ (32) с 2 или более параллельными каналами, оси a, b, c которых параллельны продольной оси шейки кости (например, бедренной), а продольная ось стержня (5) после наложения на длинную кость параллельна продольной оси этой кости.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2002.08.22.
