Abstract

Unutrasnji fiksator sluzi za fiksiranje preloma kosti. Sastoji se od sipke (5) spojnice (4) sa odgovarajucim zavrtnjem (3) ili samozakljucavajuce spojnice (2) sa odgovarajucim zavrtnjem (1). Na jednom kraju sipke se nalazi otvor (28) za zavrtanj (3) a na drugom kraju produzeni otvor (30) takodje za zavrtanj (3). Spojnica (4) se fiksira za sipku (5) njenim pritezanjem zavrtnjem (3) koji se kroz njene otvore (21) i (24) uvrce u kost. Spojnica (2) se fiksira za sipku (5) usrafljivanjem navoja (26) zavrtnja (1) u rupu sa navojima (12). Ako se spojnice (4A) i (4B) malo razlabave onda one gube cvrsti spoj sa sipkom (5) i sipka postaje klizno pokretna kroz te spojnice pa ukoliko na mestu preloma (34) postoji zjap, izmedju fragmenata (33A) i (33B), sila kompresije dovodi do toga da sipka (5) sklizne duz zleba (30), pravcem, koga diktira zavrtanj (3A) usrafljen u kost (33A) posle prolaza kroz zleb (30) i sledstveno tome fragment kosti (33A) klizne prema fragmentu kosti (33B) cime nastaje kompresija na mestu preloma (34). Zavrtnjevi (3A) i (3B) obezbedjuju rotatornu stabilnost fragmenata u koje su usrafljeni. Drugo izvodjenje sipke (50) i (52) omogucava fiksiranje gornjeg i donjeg okrajka butne kosti i drugih kostiju tako da zavrtanj (46) koji ima navoj (49) ciji je spoljni dijametar isti kao i dijametar stabla (48) a na drugom kraju ima glavu (48) koja na sebi ima sestougaono ulegnuce za srafciger, prolazi kroz kanale na prosirenim delovima (32) sipke (50) i (45) sipke (52) cije su ose a, b, c, e, f, g tako da zavrtanj (46) moze da klizi kroz kanal a ne moze da menja pravac.
