Abstract
(57) В заявке описан способ очистки получаемого в результате гидрометаллургической обработки материала кислотного выщелачивающего раствора, который включает ценные металлы, а также Fe, Feи возможно также мышьяк в растворе. Основную часть компонента Feи мышьяка осаждают на первой стадии добавлением в этот выщелачивающий раствор средства повышения рН. Образующийся на первой стадии осаждения осадок из раствора выделяют и из процесса удаляют. На второй стадии осаждения раствор окисляют, одновременно добавляя дополнительное количество повышающего рН средства для окисления Feи осаждения образующегося Feи всего еще содержащегося мышьяка. Далее образующийся осадок и все остаточное повышающее рН твердое средство из раствора выделяют и возвращают в процесс в более кислых условиях, а очищенный таким путем раствор затем обрабатывают по известному методу для извлечения из него ценного металлического компонента. Значение рН во время осуществления первой стадии соответствующим образом повышают до уровня в пределах от 2,2 до 2,8, а на второй стадии повышают до уровня в пределах от 3,0 до 4,5. Процесс окисления на второй стадии способа целесообразно проводить путем введения в раствор воздуха, предпочтительно с использованием в качестве средства повышения рН извести или известняка. Твердый материал, выделенный на второй стадии, предпочтительно возвращать на первую стадию. Некоторое количество твердого материала, выделенного на каждой стадии осаждения, можно возвращать на соответствующие стадии в качестве агента зародышеобразования.
