Abstract
В заявке описан способ непрерывной газофазной полимеризации в псевдоожиженном слое олефинов, в частности этилена, пропилена или их смесей, с другими альфа-олефинами, заключающийся в охлаждении циркулирующего потока газа и образовании жидкого конденсата (в частности, сомономера), отделении от конденсата, по крайней мере, части жидкости и ее распылении под давлением через распылительную форсунку (1) непосредственно в псевдоожиженный слой путем повышения давления жидкости и ее подачи в распылительную форсунку (1), в которой имеется механическое устройство (6), предназначенное для тонкого распыления жидкости, в условиях, при которых в зоне (5) формирования струи, расположенной в выходном отверстии распылительной форсунки, формируется струя тонко распыленной жидкости. Зона (5) формирования струи распыленной жидкости предпочтительно отделена от частиц псевдоожиженного слоя экраном, образованным стенкой или стенками, выполненными в виде трубы или плоского листа. Описана также распылительная форсунка, выходные отверстия которой объединены в две или в большее количество групп с независимой и регулируемой подачей жидкости в каждую группу и возможностью изменения в большую или меньшую сторону количества подаваемой в слой жидкости.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
