Abstract

Полициклические алкалоиды формулы (I), где Rявляется H, Cалкилом или Cарилом, выборочно замещенными полярными группами; Rи Rявляются, независимо, H, OH, Cалкилом, -C(NH)-NH, положительно заряженной группой или Cаракрилом, выборочно замещенными на NH, OH, Cалкил или галоген; или Rи Rсовместно формируют от 5 до 6-элементное кольцо, выборочно включающее гетероатом; Rявляется H, Cалкилом, OR, SRили N(R), отличающиеся тем, что каждый Rявляется, независимо, H, Cалкилом или галогеном; Х является O, S, SO, N-Rили C-(R), отличающимися тем, что каждый Rявляется, независимо, H, Cалкилом или Cаралкилом, выборочно прерванными одним или более гетероатомом; n является целым числом от 0 до 2; m является целым числом от 0 до 3; с тем условием, что, когда Х является CH, тогда Rне является CH, Rи Rоба не являются H, Rне является OH, m не является 3 и n не является 0. Эти соединения входят в составы средств для лечения боли и допустимы фармацевтически.
