Abstract
Предложен способ коррекции ближнего зрения пациента с возрастной макулярной дегенерацией (ВМД) с псевдофакичным глазом, имеющим по меньшей мере одну двояковыпуклую основную интраокулярную линзу (ИОЛ) (1) в задней камере (3) глазного яблока. Способ включает имплантацию ИОЛ (2) в качестве вспомогательной ИОЛ, выполненную из мягкого материала с возможностью складывания, в глазное яблоко пациента рядом с указанной по меньшей мере одной основной ИОЛ (1), между зрачком и указанной по меньшей мере одной основной ИОЛ (1); фиксацию и стабилизацию вспомогательной ИОЛ (2) в цилиарной борозде (8) глазного яблока (4) пациента таким образом, чтобы вспомогательная ИОЛ (2) располагалась оптически коаксиально с указанной по меньшей мере одной основной ИОЛ (1), фокусируя скомбинированное изображение на сетчатке (5) глазного яблока (4) пациента, дополнительно увеличивая, по меньшей мере, центральную часть изображения, формируемого указанной по меньшей мере одной основной ИОЛ (1), проецируемого на макулу (6) сетчатки (5); при этом вспомогательная ИОЛ (2) содержит одну или несколько гаптик (7) для ее фиксации и стабилизации в цилиарной борозде (8) глазного яблока (4) пациента и содержит оптически активную часть (9), проецирующую изображение через указанную по меньшей мере одну основную ИОЛ (1) на сетчатку (5); оптически активная часть (9) вспомогательной ИОЛ (2) включает в себя центральную оптическую часть (10) и периферийную оптическую часть (11), выступающую вокруг центральной оптической части (10), формируя две различных, но соосно расположенных линзы в одном блоке; центральная оптическая часть (10) представляет собой положительную линзу с дополнительной рефракцией вдобавок к рефракции периферийной оптической части (11) вспомогательной ИОЛ (2). Предложена также интраокулярная линза (2), предназначенная для использования в указанном способе коррекции ближнего зрения пациента.
