Abstract
Станция заправки согласно изобретению позволяет конечному потребителю осуществлять автоматическую повторную заправку газового баллона. Указанная станция заправки содержит установочное устройство, которое позволяет конечному потребителю устанавливать опорожненный газовый баллон на станцию заправки. Станция заправки содержит также запирающее устройство, предназначенное для запирания станции заправки после установки газового баллона, таким образом, чтобы съем газового баллона после запирания был невозможен. Конечный потребитель не может снять газовый баллон в запертом состоянии станции. Далее станция заправки содержит также заправочное устройство для автоматической заправки опорожненного газового баллона, установленного на станции заправки, после запирания станции. Таким образом, заправка может осуществляться только в том случае, если станция заправки заперта и, следовательно, газовый баллон не может быть снят. Предусмотрено также устройство контроля утечки газа для автоматического контроля газонепроницаемости после окончания повторной заправки установленного газового баллона. Оно обеспечивает контроль герметичности указанного повторно заполненного газового баллона. Имеется также отпирающее устройство, которое освобождает уже заправленный или заполненный газовый баллон только после получения положительного результата контроля газонепроницаемости и позволяет осуществить съем этого повторно заправленного газового баллона. Таким образом, съем газового баллона, заправленного газообразным или жидким газом, возможен только в том случае, если контроль газонепроницаемости подтверждает отсутствие утечки газа из заправленного баллона. Изобретение относится также к способу повторной заправки.
