Abstract

Раскрыта схема GOA (драйвера затвора на матрице), применяемая для жидкокристаллического дисплейного устройства. Жидкокристаллическое дисплейное устройство содержит множество строк развертки. Схема GOA содержит множество каскадно включенных блоков GOA. Блок GOA (N)-го уровня управляет заполнением строки развертки (N)-го уровня. Блок GOA (N)-го уровня содержит схему прямой и обратной развертки, схему повышения напряжения, схему ускоряющего конденсатора, схему управления подтягиванием высокого потенциала и схему поддержания подтягивания низкого потенциала. Схема подтягивания высокого потенциала, схема ускоряющего конденсатора, схема управления подтягиванием высокого потенциала и схема поддержания подтягивания низкого потенциала подключены к точке сигнала затвора. Схема прямой и обратной развертки подключена к строке развертки (N-1)-го уровня и строке развертки (N+1)-го уровня для повышения стабильности точки сигнала затвора и снижения коэффициента использования тонкопленочных транзисторов.
