Abstract

Рабочее колесо для использования в центробежном насосе, включающем кожух насоса, имеющий внутри него камеру, вход для подачи материала, накачиваемого в камеру, и выход для выпуска материала из камеры, причем рабочее колесо установлено для вращения при использовании в камере вокруг оси вращения. Рабочее колесо включает передний кожух, задний кожух и множество насосных лопастей между ними, при этом каждая насосная лопасть имеет переднюю кромку в области входа рабочего колеса и заднюю кромку, передний кожух имеет дугообразную внутреннюю поверхность в области входа рабочего колеса, которая имеет радиус (R) кривизны в диапазоне от 0,05 до 0,16 внешнего диаметра (D) рабочего колеса. Задний кожух включает внутреннюю основную поверхность и выпуклую часть, имеющую изогнутый профиль с вершиной выпуклой части в области центральной оси, которая проходит в направлении переднего кожуха, при этом существует изогнутая переходная область между внутренней основной поверхностью и выпуклой частью. Fпредставляет собой радиус кривизны переходной области, и отношение F/Dсоставляет от 0,32 до 0,65. Также описаны другие отношения различных размеров рабочего колеса.
