Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et volumen-vliesstof, omfattende trinnene: (a) tilvejebringelse af et vliesstof-råmateriale, indeholdende fibersmåkugler og binderfibre, (b) tilvejebringelse afen airlaid-indretning, som mindst omfatter to nålevalser, mellem hvilke der er dannet en spalte, (c) forarbejdning af vliesstof-råmaterialet i indretningen ved en airlaid-fremgangsmåde, hvorved vliesstof-råmaterialet passerer spalten mellem nålevalserne, hvorved der med nålene udtrækkes fibre eller fiberbundter fra fibersmåkuglerne, (d) aflægning på en aflægningsindretning, og (e) termisk konsolidering for at opnå volumen-vliesstoffet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved indretningen omfatter mindst to par, fortrinsvis mindst 5 par eller mindst 10 par nålevalser, og/eller hvorved indretningen fortrinsvis omfatter mindst 2, mindst 5 eller mindst 10 spalter mellem nålevalserne.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav, hvorved andelen af fibersmåkugler er 50 til 95 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 60 til 95 vægtprocent, navnlig fra 70 til 90 vægtprocent, og/eller hvorved andelen af binderfibre i volumen-vliesstoffet er 5 til 40 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 7 til 30 vægtprocent og især foretrukket fra 10 til 25 vægtprocent, hvert i forhold til den samlede vægt af vliesstof-råmaterialet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav, hvorved fibersmåkuglerne indeholder fibre eller består deraf, og som er udvalgt blandt syntetiske polymerer, navnlig fibre af polyester, især polyethylenterephtalat, polyethylennaphthalat og polybutylenterephthalat; og naturlige fibre, navnlig fibre af uld, bomuld eller silke, og/eller blandinger deraf og/eller blandinger med andre fibre.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav, hvorved binderfibrene er udformet som kerne/kappe-fibre, hvorved kappen omfatter polyethylen, polypropylen, polybutylenterephthalat, polyamid, copolyamid eller copolyester, og/eller kernen omfatter polyethylenterephtalat, polyethylennaphthalat, polyolefiner, såsom polyethylen eller polypropylen, polyphenylensulfid, aromatiske polyamider og/eller polyestere.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav, hvorved vliesstof-råmaterialet mindst indeholder en yderligere komponent, udvalgt blandt andre fibre, yderligere volumengivende materialer og øvrige funktionelle tilsætningsstoffer.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav, hvorved densiteten af volumen-vliesstoffet er mindst 5 %, fortrinsvis mindst 10 %, mere foretrukket mindst 25 % lavere end densiteten af de i trin (a) indsatte vliesstofsmåkugler.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af tekstilmateriale, omfattende et volumen-vliesstof, ifølge et af de foregående krav, og videreforarbejdning til tekstilmaterialet, hvorved tekstilmaterialet navnlig er udvalgt blandt beklædningsstykker, formmaterialer, polstringsmaterialer, fyldmaterialer, sengerelaterede varer, filtermåtter, sugemåtter, rengøringstekstiler, afstandsholdere, skum-erstatningsmateriale, sårforbindinger og brandbeskyttelsesmaterialer.
9. Volumen-vliesstof, som kan opnås ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav.
10. Volumen-vliesstof ifølge krav 9, og som omfatter en densitet i området fra 1 til 20 g/l, navnlig fra 2 til 15 g/l, navnlig foretrukket fra 3 til 10 g/l, hvorved densiteten især foretrukket er mindre end 10 g/l.
11. Volumen-vliesstof ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav, og som udviser mindst en af de følgende egenskaber: en maksimal trækstyrke på mindst 2 N/5 cm, målt i henhold til DIN EN 29 073-3, en maksimal trækforlængelse på mindst 20 %, målt i henhold til DIN EN 29 073-3, en termisk modstand Rct på mindst 0,20 [Km2/W], og en genetablering på mindst 70 %, bestemt i henhold til fremgangsmåden med trinnene (1) til (8) som angivet i beskrivelsen.
12. Volumen-vliesstof ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav, og som udviser følgende egenskaber: en kvotient maksimal trækstyrke [N/5 cm]/tykkelse [mm] på mindst 0,10 [N/(5 cm*mm)], og/eller en kvotient maksimal trækstyrke [N/5 cm]/basisvægt [g/m2] på mindst 0,020 [N*m2/(5 cm * g)], og/eller en kvotient termisk modstand RcT[Km2/W]/tykkelse [mm] på mindst 0,010 [Km2/(W*mm)], og som udviser de følgende egenskaber: en densitet mindre end 10 g/l, og en maksimal trækstyrke på mindst 2 N/5 cm, og en termisk modstand Rct på mindst 0,20 [Km2/W], og eventuelt en kvotient termisk modstand Rct [Km2/W]/tykkelse [mm] på mindst 0,010, og som udviser de følgende egenskaber: en maksimal trækstyrke på mindst 4 N/5 cm, målt i henhold til DIN EN 29 073-3, en densitet ikke større end 10 g/l, og en kvotient maksimal trækstyrke [N/5 cm]/tykkelse [mm] på mindst 0,10 [N/(5cm*mm)], fortrinsvis mindst 0,15 [N/(5 cm*mm)].
13. Volumen-vliesstof af fibersmåkugler og binderfibre, hvorved fibre eller fiberbundter er trukket ud af fibersmåkuglerne, hvorved volumen-vliesstoffet er termisk konsolideret og har en densitet i intervallet fra 1 til 20 g/l.
14. Tekstilmateriale, indeholdende et volumen-vliesstof ifølge mindst et af kravene 9 til 13, hvorved tekstilmaterialet navnlig er udvalgt blandt beklædningsstykker, formmaterialer, polstermaterialer, fyldmaterialer, sengerelaterede varer, filtermåtter, sugemåtter, rengøringstekstiler, afstandsholdere, skum-erstatning, sårforbindinger og brandbeskyttelsesmaterialer.
15. Anvendelse af et volumen-vliesstof ifølge mindst et af kravene 9 til 13 til fremstilling af et tekstilmateriale, hvorved tekstilmaterialet navnlig er udvalgt blandt beklædningsstykker, formmaterialer, polstermaterialer, fyldmaterialer, senge-relaterede varer, filtermåtter, sugemåtter, rengøringstekstiler, afstandsholdere, skum-erstatning, sårforbindinger og brandbeskyttelsesmaterialer.
