Claims (7)

  1. FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL FREMSTILLING AF EN KONDENSERET HETEROCYKLISK FORBINDELSE
    1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en forbindelse, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (1), og som omfatter et trin A med omsætning af en forbindelse, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (2): (2) hvor R1 repræsenterer en kæde-carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 6 carbonatomer, der eventuelt er halogeneret, eller en alicyklisk carbonhydridgruppe med 3 til 6 carbonatomer, der eventuelt er halogeneret, R hver uafhængigt repræsenterer en kæde-carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 6 carbonatomer, der eventuelt er halogeneret, eller et halogenatom, n repræsenterer 0, 1, 2 eller 3, og M repræsenterer natrium, kalium eller lithium, med thionylchlorid for at opnå forbindelsen, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (1):
    (1) hvor R1, R og n har de samme betydninger som defineret ovenfor.
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en forbindelse, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (3) eller et syresalt deraf, og som omfatter trinnet A som defineret i krav 1; og et trin B med omsætning af forbindelsen, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (1), med en forbindelse, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (5): (5) hvor
    A1 repræsenterer et nitrogenatom eller =CH-, R5 repræsenterer en kæde-carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 6 carbonatomer, der eventuelt er halogeneret, eller en alicyklisk carbonhydridgruppe med 3 til 6 carbonatomer, der eventuelt er halogeneret, og m repræsenterer 1 eller 2, for at fremstille forbindelsen, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (3):
    (3) hvor R1, R, R5, A1, m og n har de samme betydninger som defineret ovenfor.
  3. 3. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor det opløsningsmiddel, der anvendes i trinnet B, indeholder et etheropløsningsmiddel.
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en forbindelse, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (4), som omfatter trinnene A og B som defineret i krav 1 og 2; og et trin C med omsætning af forbindelsen, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (3) eller et syresalt deraf i tilstedeværelse af en syre ved 100 °C til 180 °C for at opnå forbindelsen, der er repræsenteret ved formlen (4): (4) hvor R1, R, R5, A1, m og n har de samme betydninger som defineret ovenfor.
  5. 5. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor syren i trinnet C er en sulfonsyreforbindelse.
  6. 6. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor syren i trinnet C er p-toluensulfonsyre.
  7. 7. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor syren i trinnet C er methansulfonsyre.
