Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sammensætning af vinylesterlatexpoly-mer ved at tilvejebringe en sammensætning af vinylesterlatexpolymer der, baseret på den totale mængde monomerer, omfatter: a) fra 50 til 99 vægt-% vinylestere af C2-C12-carboxylsyrer og fra 1 til 50 % acrylestere, methacrylestere, maleinsyreestere, ethylen eller en hvilken som helst anden monomer, der er i stand til at copolymerisere med vinylesterne ved radikal emulsionspolymerisation, og b) fra 0,5 til 10 vægt-%, baseret på total mængde monomerer, di-og/eller trihydroxyalkoholer med MW (molekylvægt) lavere end 500 g/mol, og at udføre emulsionspolymerisation af denne sammensætning i et temperaturinterval på fra 0 til 100 °C og at initiere ved anvendelse af vandopløselige friradi-kale initiatorer, der er anvendt til emulsionspolymerisation.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor hydroxykomponenten er glycerol.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor hydroxykomponenten er en glycol med MW mindre end 250 g/mol.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor vinylestere af C2-C12-carboxylsyrer er valgt blandt mindst et medlem af gruppen, der består af vinylacetat, vinylpropionat, vinylbutyrat, vinyllaurat og vinylestere af a-forgrenede monocarboxylsyrer, især vinyl-2-ethylhexanoat, 1-methylvinylacetat og vinylpivalat.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 4, hvor vinylestere af C2-C12-carboxylsyrer er valgt blandt vinylacetat og/eller vinylestere af α-forgrenede monocarboxylsyrer.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor acryl- eller methacrylestrene er udvalgt blandt methylacrylat, methylmethacrylat, ethylacrylat, ethylmethacrylat, propylacrylat, propylmethacrylat, n-butylacrylat, tert.butylacrylat, n-butylmethacrylat, tert.-butylmethacrylat og/eller 2-ethylhexylacrylat, fortrinsvis butylacrylat og 2-ethylhexylacrylat.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor maleinsy-reesterne er udvalgt blandt di-butylmaleat og/eller di-octylmaleat.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor latexpoly-mersammensætningen yderligere omfatter fra 0,01 til 5 vægt-%, der er baseret på polymerens samlede vægt af en eller flere hjælpemonomerenheder til tværbinding eller modifikation af adhæsionsegenskaberne,
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 8, hvor hjælpemonomerenheden til tværbinding er afledt af N-methylolacrylamid, N-methylolmethacrylamid; N-(alkoxymethyl)-acrylamider eller N-(alkoxymethyl)methacrylamider, der indeholder en C1-C6-alkylgruppe, herunder N-(isobutoxymethyl)acrylamid (IBMA), N-(isobutoxy-methyl)methacrylamid (IBMMA), N-(n-butoxymethyl)acrylamid (NBMA), N-(n-butoxymethyl)methacrylamid (NBMMA); fler-ethylenisk umættede comonome-rer, herunder ethylenglycoldiacrylat, 1,3-butylenglycoldiacrylat, 1,4-butylen-glycoldiacrylat, propylenglycoldiacrylat, divinyladipat, divinylbenzen, vinyl-methacrylat, vinylacrylat, allylmethacrylat, allylacrylat, diallylmaleat, diallylphtha-lat, diallylfumarat, methylenbisacrylamid, cyclopentadienylacrylat og triallylcy-anurat.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 8, hvor hjælpemonomerenheden til modifikation af adhæsionsegenskaberne er afledt af hydroxylalkylmethacrylater og hy-droxylalkylacrylater, herunder hydroxyethyl-, hydroxypropyl- og hydroxy-butylacrylat eller methacrylat, diacetone-acrylamid eller acetylacetoxy-ethylacrylat eller methacrylat.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor sammensætningen yderligere omfatter et eller flere beskyttende kolloider eller emulgatorer eller kombinationer af begge i en samlet mængde på fra 2 til 40 vægt-%, mere foretrukket 3 til 15 vægt-% og mest fortrinsvis 5 til 10 vægt-%, der er baseret på monomerernes samlede vægt, fortrinsvis der omfatter et eller flere beskyttende kolloider, som er valgt blandt polyvinylalkoholer, polyethy-lenglycol, polyvinylpyrrolidon, celluloser, herunder hydroxyethylcellulose, hydro-xypropylcellulose og carboxymethylcellulose, stivelser og dextriner, cyclodextri-ner og homopolymerer eller copolymerer af acrylamidopropansulfonsyre.
12. Sammensætning af vinylesterlatexpolymer der kan opnås ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11.
13. Vanddispergerbart polymerpulver der kan opnås ved sprøjtetørring af sammensætningen af vinylesterlatexpolymer ifølge krav 12.
14. Anvendelse af det vanddispergerbare polymerpulver som defineret i krav 13 som et tilsætningsstof til EPS- og XPS-plader i ETICS-anvendelser.
