Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af organisk slam ved hvilken slammet tilføres kontinuerligt med en strømningshastighed q(m3/t), enten direkte eller via et første kammer (5), som fastholdes ved et første givet tryk (Pi), til et andet kammer (10, 33, 55), som fastholdes ved et andet givet gennemsnitligt tryk (P2, P', P"i, Pn2), under injektion af luft (11) ind i det andet kammer (10, 33, 55) med en strømningshastighed Q(Nm3/t) med henblik på i det andet kammer (10, 33, 55) at opnå en første emulsion, som danner en dispergeret slamfase i en kontinuert luftfase, som omgiver denne, idet et givet trykfald tilvejebringes i den første emulsion ved at føre den igennem én eller to indsnævringer (15, 21, 38, 44) eller igennem en tilførselsventil (61), ind i et tredie kammer (22, 43, 62), som fastholdes ved et tredie givet tryk (P4, P2, Pn3) i den zone, som er placeret umiddelbart nedstrøms for indsnævringen eller indsnævringerne eller ventilen, et flokkuleringsmiddel (24, 45, 78) injiceres i den nævnte zone i det tredie kammer med henblik på ved udløbet fra behandlingen at danne en anden emulsion af luft i den fortykkede flokkulerede slam, derefter afgasses (46, 67) den anden emulsion ved atmosfæretryk før evaluering, idet den anden emulsion opfanges i en filtrerings- eller dekanteringsindretning (26, 48, 68), og denne filtreres eller dekanteres.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at tilførslen af slam til det andet kammer (10, 33, 55) effektueres via en indsnævring betegnet som den første indsnævring (7), idet det givne tryktab i emulsionen tilvejebringes af en anden indsnævring (15, 38) og en tredie indsnsævring (21, 44) eller iøvrigt via en ventil (61).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det første kammer (5) har et volumen på mindre end 3200 cm3, det første tryk (Pi) er imellem 4 og 10 bar absolut, at strømningshastigheden q er imellem 5 m3/t og 30 m3/t, det andet tryk (P2; P'; ΡΓ; Pn2) er imellem 1,2 bar og 4 bar absolut, luftstrømningshastigheden Q er imellem 5 Nm3/t og 200 Nm3/t, og det tredie tryk (P4; P2; P3") er imellem 1,05 bar og 2 bar absolut.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at et mellemkammer (18, 40) tilføres emulsion imellem det andet (10, 33) og tredie (22, 43) kammer.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at luft injiceres en anden gang, nedstrøms for den første injektion, i mellemkammeret (18, 40) placeret imellem det andet kammer (10, 33, 55) og det tredie kammer (22, 43, 62), med en strømningshastighed Q'.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den første, anden og/eller tredie indsnævring (7, 15, 38, 21, 44) er dannede af venturirør.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det andet kammer (10, 33, 55) er en søjle med gennemsnitlig diameter d og højde H > 10 d.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at flokkule-ringsmidlet er en polymer, som injiceres ved det umiddelbare udløb fra indsnævringen eller indsnævringerne (21, 44) eller ventilen (61).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at en del af den flokkulerede emulsion recirkuleres til det første kammer (17).
10. Indretning (1) til kontinuert behandling af organisk slam, omfattende organer (3, 6) til at tilføre slammet kontinuerligt med en strømningshastighed q, enten direkte eller via et første kammer (5), som kan fastholdes ved et første tryk (Pi), til et andet kammer (10, 33, 55), som kan fastholdes med et andet givet gennemsnitligt tryk (P2, P', P"1, P"2); hvilket andet kammer (10, 33, 55) omfatter organer til at injicere luft (11) ind i det andet kammer (10, 33, 55) med en strømningshastighed Q, med henblik på at opnå en første emulsion, som danner en disper-geret slamfase i en kontinuert luftfase, som omgiver denne i det andet kammer (10, 33, 55), en indsnævring (21, 44) eller en ventil (61), indrettet til at tilvejebringe et givet tryktab i den første emulsion, et tredie kammer (22, 43, 62), som kan fastholdes ved et tredie givet tryk (P4, P2, Pn3) i den zone, som er placeret umiddelbart nedstrøms for indsnævringen (21, 44) eller ventilen (61), organer til at injicere et flokkuleringsmiddel (24,45,78) ind i den nævnte zone i det tredie kammer (22, 39, 62), med henblik på at danne en anden emulsion af luft i den fortykkede flokkulerede slam, organer (46, 67) til at afgasse den anden emulsion ved atmosfæretryk, organer til at opfange den anden emulsion, som således er afgasset, i en filtrerings- eller dekanteringsindretning (26, 48, 68), og den nævnte filtrerings- eller dekanteringsindretning (26, 48, 68).
11. Indretning ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at tilførselsorganerne omfatter en første indsnævring (7) for indføring i det andet kammer, idet trykfaldet i emulsionen tilvejebringes af en anden indsnævring (15, 38) og en tredie indsnævring (21,44) eller ventilen (61).
12. Indretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 og 11, kendetegnet ved, at afgasnings-organerne (46, 67) er placerede ved den anden ende af det tredie kammer (22, 43, 62) i forhold til den zone, som er placeret umiddelbart nedstrøms for indsnævringen (21,44) eller ventilen (61), som er indrettede til at tilvejebringe et givet tryktab i emulsionen.
13. Indretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere omfatter et mellemliggende kammer (18, 40) imellem det andet (10, 33) og tredie (22, 43) kammer og organer til at injicere luft (20, 42) nedstrøms for den første injektion ind i mellemkammeret.
14. Indretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at den første, anden og/eller tredie indsnævring (7, 15, 38, 21, 44) er dannede af venturirør.
15. Indretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at det andet kammer (10, 33, 55) er en søjle med gennemsnitlig diameter d og højde H > 10 d.
