Claims (15)
1. Postupak za obradu organskog mulja u kojem se navedeni mulj dovodi kontinuirano pri brzini protoka q (m3/h), bilo izravno ili preko prvog kućišta (5) koje se drži pod određenim prvim tlakom (P1) u drugo kućište (10, 33, 55) koje se drži pod određenim drugim srednjim tlakom (P2, P', P"1 i, P"2), ubrizgavanjem zraka (11) u drugo navedeno kućište (10, 33, 55) brzinom protoka Q (Nm3/h) kako bi se u navedenom drugom kućištu (10, 33, 55) dobila prva emulzija koja formira disperziranu emulzijsku fazu u kontinuiranoj zračnoj fazi koja ga prekriva, pri čemu se u prvoj emulziji stvara određeni gubitak tlaka propuštanjem emulzije kroz jedno ili dva suženja (15, 21, 38, 44) ili kroz ventil za napajanje (61), u treće kućište (22, 43, 62) koje se održava pod trećim određenim tlakom (P4, P'2, P"3) u zoni koja se nalazi neposredno iza navedenog suženja ili navedenih suženja ili navedenog ventila, u navedenu zonu trećeg kućišta ubrizgava se flokulant (24, 45, 78) kako bi se na izlazu obrade stvorila druga emulzija zraka u zgušćenom flokuliranom mulju, zatim se druga emulzija otplinjava (46, 67) na atmosferskom tlaku prije uklanjanja, navedena druga emulzija se regenerira u uređaju za filtraciju ili dekantiranje (26, 48, 68) i filtrira ili dekantira.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se dovođenje mulja u drugo kućište (10, 33, 55) vrši kroz suženje koje se naziva prvo suženje (7), a određeni gubitak tlaka u emulziji stvara se drugim suženjem (15, 38) i trećim suženjem (21, 44) ili pomoću ventila (61).
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da prvo kućište (7) ima volumen manji od 3200 cm3, pri čemu je prvi tlak (P1) između 4 i 10 bara apsolutnog tlaka, protok q je između 5 m3/h i 30 m3/h, drugi tlak (P2; P'; P1"; P"2) između 1,2 bara i 4 bara apsolutnog tlaka, brzina protoka zraka Q između 5 Nm3/h i 200 Nm3/h, a treći tlak (P4; P'2; P3") je između 1,05 i 2 bara apsolutnog tlaka.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se emulzija dovodi u prijelazno kućište (18, 40) koje se nalazi između drugog (10, 33) i trećeg (22, 43) kućišta.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da se zrak ubrizgava po drugi put iza prvog ubrizgavanja u prijelazno kućište (18, 40) smješteno između drugog kućišta (10, 33, 55) i trećeg kućišta (22, 43, 62) pri brzini protoka Q'.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da su prvo, drugo i / ili treće suženje (7, 15, 38, 21, 44) izrađeni od Venturi cijevi.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je drugo kućište (10, 33, 55) kolona srednjeg promjera d i visine H ≥ 10 d.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je flokulant polimer koji se ubrizgava neposredno na izlazu navedenih suženja (21, 44) ili ventila (61).
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se dio flokulirane emulzije reciklira u prvo kućište (17).
10. Uređaj (1) za kontinuiranu obradu organskog mulja, naznačen time, da sadržava sredstvo (3, 6) za dovođenje navedenog mulja kontinuirano pri brzini protoka q, bilo izravno ili preko prvog kućišta (5) koji se može održavati pri prvom tlaku (P1), u drugo kućište (10, 33, 55) koje se može održavati na drugom određenom srednjem tlaku (P2, P', P"1,i P"2); navedeno drugo kućište (10, 33, 55); sredstvo za ubrizgavanje zraka (11) u navedeno drugo kućište (10, 33, 55) pri brzini protoka Q, kako bi se dobila prva emulzija koja formira disperziranu fazu mulja u kontinuiranoj zračnoj fazi koja ga prekriva u navedenom drugom zatvorenom prostoru (10, 33, 55), suženje (21, 44) ili ventil (61) postavljen tako da stvara određeni gubitak tlaka u navedenoj prvoj emulziji, treće kućište (22, 43, 62) koje se može održavati na trećem određenom tlaku (P4, P2' P''3) u području smještenom neposredno iza navedenog suženja (21, 44) ili ventila (61), sredstvo za ubrizgavanje flokulanta (24, 45, 78) u navedenu zonu trećeg kućišta (22, 39, 62), kako bi se stvorila druga emulzija zraka u zgušćenom flokuliranom mulju, sredstvo (46, 67) za otplinjavanje spomenute druge emulzije pri atmosferskom tlaku, sredstvo za povrat navedene druge emulzije koja je na taj način otplinjena u uređaju za filtraciju ili dekantiranje (26, 48, 68) i navedeni uređaj za filtraciju ili dekantiranje (26, 48, 68).
11. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time, da uređaj za opskrbu sadržava prvo suženje (7) za uvođenje u drugo kućište, a gubitak tlaka u emulziji stvara se preko drugog suženja (15, 38) i trećeg suženja (21, 44) ili ventila (61).
