Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для обработки органического стока (2, 31). Сток подают в виде непрерывного потока с расходом q (м/ч) через первую камеру (5), в которой поддерживают заранее заданное первое давление (P), и/или напрямую через первое сужение (7) во вторую камеру или резервуар (10, 33, 55), в которой поддерживают заранее заданное второе среднее давление (Р, Р', Р", Р") путём инжекции воздуха (11, 31, 54) во вторую камеру (10, 33, 55) с расходом Q (Н∙м/ч) для получения во второй камере эмульсии (13, 57), в эмульсии создают определенный перепад давления за счет того, что она проходит через одно или два сужения или через клапан подачи в третью камеру (22, 43, 62), в которой поддерживают определенное третье давление (Р, Р', Р") в области (79), находящейся ниже по потоку сразу после второго или третьего сужения и/или клапана (61), и флокулянт (24, 45, 78) инжектируют в указанную область третьей камеры, эмульсию перед выгрузкой дегазируют до атмосферного давления, а затем дегазированную эмульсию разделяют в устройстве для фильтрации или декантации (отстаивания).
