Claims (8)

1. Udtømningsapparat omfattende: - en doseringsindretning (2) til dosering af farmaceutiske og/eller kosmetiske væsker (100), med - et hus (220), - et væskereservoir (21), og - en udløbsåbning (24) via hvilken væsken (100) kan udtømmes til en omgivende atmosfære, og - en beskyttelseshætte (3) med en indre hætte (4) og en ydre hætte (5), hvorved - den indre hætte (4) er tilvejebragt til gentagen adskillelse fra og fastgørelse på huset og har i det mindste en ventilationsåbning (40) til forbindelse imellem et indre af beskyttelseshætten (3) og de udvendige omgivelser, og - før en første anvendelse er den ydre hætte (5) monteret på den indre hætte (4) i en første position, hvori den indre hætte (4) og den ydre hætte (5) er tætsluttende i kontakt med hinanden, og den i det mindste ene ventilationsåbning (40) er adskilt på en lufttæt og bakteriefri måde fra omgivelserne, og - den ydre hætte (5) er bevægelig i forhold til den indre hætte (4) fra den første position til i det mindste en anden position, hvori den indre hætte (4) og den ydre hætte (5) ikke er i tætsluttende kontakt med hinanden og den i det mindste ene ventilationsåbning (40) står i forbindelse med omgivelserne, hvorved - den ydre hætte (5) har et blokeringselement (56), som modvirker en bevægelse af den ydre hætte (5) i forhold til den indre hætte (4) til den første position, og - det i det mindste ene blokeringselement (56) er indstilleligt imellem en blokeringsposition, hvori en bevægelse af den ydre hætte (5) i forhold til den indre hætte (4) til den første position er blokeret, og en frigivelsesposition, hvori den ydre hætte (5) er bevægelig i forhold til den indre hætte (4) til den første position, hvorved blokeringselementet (56) tvinges ind i blokeringspositionen, hvilket udtømningsapparat er kendetegnet ved, at - den indre hætte (4) har i det mindste en komplementær åbning, hvorved det i det mindste ene blokeringselement (56) med henblik på at tillade en bevægelse af den ydre hætte (5) i forhold til den indre hætte (4) til den første position kan føres ind i den i det mindste komplementære åbning i frigørelsespositionen.
2. Udtømningsapparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved det i det mindste ene blokeringselement (56) tvinges ind i blokeringspositionen som følge af elastiske genetableringskræfter.
3. Udtømningsapparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved det i det mindste ene blokeringselement (56) er konstrueret som en radialt udad ragende flig.
4. Udtømningsapparat ifølge krav 3, hvorved i det mindste et beskyttelseselement er tilknyttet i det mindste et af blokeringselementerne (56) med henblik på at undgå en manuel håndtering af blokeringselementet (56).
5. Udtømningsapparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved den ydre hætte (5) er konstrueret ud i ét, især integreret, med en pilfingerafslørende sikkerhedsindretning (59), som før en første anvendelse af doseringsindretningen (2) skal adskilles i det mindste delvis fra doseringsindretningen (2).
6. Udtømningsapparat ifølge krav 5, hvorved den pilfingerafslørende sikkerhedsindretning (59) har et første segment (590) og et andet segment (591), som hver er ringformet, hvorved det andet segment (591) er anbragt imellem en del (52) af den ydre hætte (5), og det første segment (590) og det andet segment (591) er forbundet med det første segment (590) og den ydre hætte (5) ved hjælp af forudbestemte brydningspunkter (593, 594).
7. Udtømningsapparat ifølge krav 5, hvorved den ydre hætte (5) har en koblingsgeometri til at forbinde den med doseringsindretningen (2) på en sådan måde, at forbindelsen ikke kan åbnes uden ødelæggelse, og den pilfingerafslørende sikkerhedsindretning (59) er konstrueret i form af forudbestemte brydningspunkter (599), som strækker sig i det mindste delvis i den langsgående retning på den ydre hætte (5).
8. Udtømningsapparat ifølge et af de foranstående krav, hvorved doseringsindretningen yderligere omfatter en udløbskanal (23), som forbinder væskereservoiret (21) med udløbsåbningen (24), og en udløbsventil (25), som kan åbne i afhængighed af tryk eller kan aktiveres manuelt, og som er anbragt i udløbskanalen (23) og aflukker udløbskanalen (23) i en lukket tilstand.
