Claims (15)
1. Brandbeskyttelsesrude (10), omfattende: mindst en floatglasrude (1.1) med en tinbadside (II) og mindst et beskyttelseslag (3.1) , der er anbragt over hele fladen på tinbadsiden (II), hvor floatglasruden (1.1) og beskyttelseslaget (3.1) i fællesskab er forspændt eller delforspændt termisk, mindst et alkalisk brandbeskyttelseslag (2.1), der er anbragt over hele fladen på beskyttelseslaget (3.1), hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) indeholder siliciumnitrid eller består deraf, og mindst en randsammenklæbning (6), der er anbragt direkte på beskyttelseslaget (3.1) .
2. Brandbeskyttelsesrude (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor randsammenklæbningen (6) indeholder polysulfid, polyurethan, polysilicone og/eller reaktive hot-melts.
3. Brandbeskyttelsesrude (10) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor brandbeskyttelseslaget (2,1) indeholder alkalisilikat, alkalifosfat, alkaliwolframat, alkalimolybdat og/eller blandinger eller lagforbindelser deraf, fortrinsvis alkalipolysilikat, alkalipolyfosfat, alkalipolywol-framat, alkalipolymolybdat og/eller blandinger eller lagforbindelser deraf, og alkalielementet fortrinsvis er natrium, kalium, lithium og/eller blandinger deraf.
4. Brandbeskyttelsesrude (10) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.1) indeholder en hydrogel af krydsbundne monomerer og/eller polymerer, fortrinsvis poly-acrylamid, poly-N-methyloacrylamid eller polymeriseret 2-hydroxy-3-methacryloxy-pro-pyltrimethylammonium-chlorid.
5. Brandbeskyttelsesrude (10) ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) indeholder mindst et doteringselement, fortrinsvis antimon, fluor, sølv, ruthenium, palladium, aluminium og tantal, og andelen af doteringselementet i den metalliske andel af beskyttelseslaget fortrinsvis udgør fra 0 vægt-% til 10 vægt-% og særligt foretrukket fra 1 vægt-% til 5 vægt-%.
6. Brandbeskyttelsesrade (10) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) er en flerlaget og fortrinsvis en tolaget lagstruktur og indeholder et (del)beskyttelseslag (3.1a) af siliciumnitrid og et (del)beskyttelseslag (3.1b) af en metaloxid, fortrinsvis af en tin-zinkoxid eller en doteret tin-zinkoxid, eller består deraf.
7. Brandbeskyttelsesrade (10) ifølge krav 6, hvor det ene (del)beskyttelseslag (3.1b) indeholder tin-zinkoxid, og forholdet mellem zinkrtin udgør fra 5 vægt-% : 95 vægt-% til 95 vægt-% : 5 vægt-%, og fortrinsvis fra 15 vægt-% : 85 vægt-% til 70 vægt.% : 30 vægt-%.
8. Brandbeskyttelsesrade (10) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) har en tykkelse d på 2 nm til 500 nm, fortrinvis på 5 nm til 50 nm, særligt foretrakket på 5 nm til 30 nm og helt særligt foretrukket på 15 nm til 30 nm.
9. Brandbeskyttelsesrade (10) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvor der mellem beskyttelseslagel (3.1) og brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.1) er anbragt mindst el klæbeforbedringslag eller et klæbereduktionslag (4), der fortrinsvis indeholder mindst en organo funktionel silan eller mindst en polymervoks, særligt foretrukket en polymervoks på basis af polyethylen.
10. Brandbeskyttelse s glasdæklag (100, 101), mindst omfattende: - en brandbeskyttelsesrade (10) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9 og en floatglasrade (1.2) med en atmosfæreside (I) og en tinbadside (II), hvor atmosfæresiden (I) eller - tinbadsiden (II) via et beskyttelseslag (3.2) er forbundet over hele fladen med brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.1) af brandbeskyttelsesraden (10) og - randsammenklæbningen (6) forsegler det med brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.1) fyldte formhulrum mellem floatglasruderne (1.1, 1.2) langs hele floatglasrudernes (1.1, 1.2) omkreds.
11. Brandbeskyttelse s glasdæklag (101) ifølge krav 10, hvor atmosfæresiden (I) af float-glasruden (1.1) af brandbeskyttelsesruden (10) er forbundet over hele fladen med et brandbeskyttelseslag (2.2), og brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.2) er forbundet over hele fladen med atmosfæresiden (I) eller via et yderligere beskyttelseslag (3.3) med tinbadsiden (II) af en tredje floatglasmde (1.3).
12. Brandbeskyttelse s glasdæklag (101) ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvor floatglasruden (1.1) eller floatglasruden (1.2) er forbundet over hele fladen med mindst en stabelrækkefølge af et yderligere brandbeskyttelseslag (2.2) og en yderligere floatglasrude (1.3), hvor der mellem hver tinbadside (II) og et umiddelbart hosliggende anbragt brandbeskyttelseslag (2.2) er anbragt et yderligere beskyttelseslag (3.2) ifølge opfindelsen.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et brandbeskyttelsesglasdæklag (100, 101), hvor mindst a. et beskyttelseslag (3.1) påføres på tinbadsiden (II) af en floatglasrude (1.1), b. floatglasruden (1.1) og en anden floatglasrude (1.2) forspændes eller delforspændes termisk, c. floatglasruden (1.1) og den anden floatglasrude (1.2) holdes på en fast afstand, således at der dannes et formhulrum mellem tinbadsiden (II) af floatglasruden (1.1) og den anden floatglasrude (1.2), og de smalle sider af formhulrummet (8) mellem floatglasruderne (1.1, 1.2) forsegles med en randsammenklæbning (6) langs hele omkredsen af floatglasruderne (1.1, 1.2) med undtagelse af en ifyld-ningsåbning (7), d. ct brandbcskyttclscslag (2.1) indstøbcs i formhulrummet (8), og e. ifyldningsåbningen (7) forsegles med randsammenklæbningen (6), hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) indeholder siliciumnitrid eller består deraf.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor fremgangsmådetrinene gentages mindst en gang med en yderligere floatglasrude (1.3) og et yderligere brandbeskyttelseslag (2.2).
15. Anvendelse af en i fællesskab med et beskyttelseslag (3.1) termisk forspændt eller delforspændt floatglasrude (1.1) i en brandbeskyttelsesrude (10) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9 til forbedring af adhæsionen mellem en randsammenklæbning (6) og floatglasruden (1.1), hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) indeholder siliciumnitrid eller består deraf.
