Claims (15)
1. Brandbeskyttelsesnide (10), omfattende: mindst en floatglasrude (1.1) med en atmosfaereside (I) og en tinbadside (II), mindst et beskyttelseslag (3.1), der er anbragt over hele fladen pa atmosfaeresiden (I) og/eller tinbadsiden (II), og mindst et brandbeskyttelseslag (2.1), der er anbragt over hele fladen pa beskyt-telseslaget (3.1), hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) er en flerlaget lagstruktur og indeholder et forste delbeskyttel-seslag (3.1a) af metaldoteret siliciumnitrid og et andet delbeskyttelseslag (3.1b) af en tin-oxid eller en doteret tin-zinkoxid eller bestar deraf.
2. Brandbeskyttelse srude (10) i lol ge krav 1, hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) er en dobbelt-laget lagstruktur.
3. Brandbeskyttelse srude (10) i lol ge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det forste delbeskyttelseslag (3.1a) er anbragt direkte pa floatglasruden (1.1), og det andet delbeskyttelseslag (3.1b) er anbragt mellem det forste delbeskyttelseslag (3.1a) og brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.1).
4. Brandbeskyttelse srude (10) i lol ge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor beskyttelseslaget (3.1) er anbragt over hele fladen kun pa tinbadsiden (II) af floatglasruden (1.1).
5. Brandbeskyttelse srude (10) i lol ge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvor brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.1) er alkalisk.
6. Brandbeskyttelse srude (10) il'olgc et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor andelen af doterings-metallet pa det forste delbeskyttelseslag (3.1a) udgor fra 1 vaegt-% til 20 vaegt-% og fortrinsvis fra 3 vaegt-% til 7 vaegt-%, og/eller doteringsmetallet i det forste delbeskyttelseslag (3.1a) er aluminium.
7. Brandbeskyttelsesnide (10) if0lge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvor forholdet mellem zink:tin i det andet delbeskyttelseslag (3.1b) udg0r fra 5 vaegt-% : 95 vaegt-% til 95 vaegt-% : 5 vaegt-% og fortrinsvis fra 15 vaegt-% : 85 vaegt-% til 70 vaegt-% : 30 vaegt-%.
8. Brandbeskyttelsesmde (10) if0lge et af kravene 1 eller 7, hvor det andet delbeskyttelseslag (3.1b) indeholder mindst et do tering selement, fortrinsvis antimon, fluor, bor, s0lv, ruthenium, palladium, aluminium og tantal, og andelen af do tering selementet pa det andet delbeskyttelseslag (3.1b) udg0r fra 0,1 vaegt-% til 5 vaegt-% og fortrinsvis fra 0,5 vaegt-% til 2,5 vaegt-%.
9. Brandbeskyttelsesrude (10) ifplge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvor det f0rste delbeskyttelseslag (3.1a) har en tykkelse da fra 5 nm til 50 nm og fortrinsvis fra 8 nm til 13 nm, og/eller hvor det andet delbeskyttelseslag (3.1b) har en tykkelse db fra 10 nm til 50 nm og fortrinsvis fra 13 nm til 21 nm.
10. Brandbeskyttelsesglasdaeklag (100, 101), mindst omfattende: en brandbeskyttelsesrude (10) ifplge et af kravene 1 til 9 og en floatglasrude (1.2) med en atmosfaereside (I) og en tinbadside (II), hvor atmosfaeresiden (I) eller tinbadsiden (II) via et beskyttelseslag (3.2) er forbundet over hele fladen med brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.1) af brandbeskyttelsesruden (10).
11. Brandbeskyttelsesglasdaeklag (101) ifplge krav 10, hvor atmosfaeresiden (I) af float-glasruden (1.1) af brandbeskyttelsesruden (10) er forbundet over hele fladen med et brand-beskyttelseslag (2.2), og brandbeskyttelseslaget (2.2) er forbundet over hele fladen med atmosferesiden (I) eller via et yderligere beskyttelseslag (3.3) med tinbadsiden (II) af en tredje floatglasrude (1.3).
12. Brandbeskyttelsesglasdaeklag (101) if0lgekrav lOeller 11, hvorfloatglasruden (1.1) eller floatglasruden (1.2) er forbundet over hele fladen med mindst en stabelraekkefplge af et yderligere brandbeskyttelseslag (2.2) og en yderligere floatglasrude (1.3), hvor der mellem hver tinbadside (II) og et umiddelbart hosliggende anbragt brandbeskyttelseslag (2.2) er anbragt et yderligere beskyttelseslag (3.2) if0lge opfindelsen.
13. Fremgangsmade til fremstilling af et brandbeskyttelsesglasdaeklag (100, 101) if0lge et af kravene 10-12, hvor mindst a. et beskyttelseslag (3.1) pafpres pa tinbadsiden (II) af en floatglasrude (1.1), b. floatglasruden (1.1) og en anden floatglasrude (1.2) forspaendes eller delvis for-spaendes termisk, c. floatglasruden (1.1) og den anden floatglasrude (1.2) holdes pa en fast afstand, saledes at der dannes et formhulrum mellem tinbadsiden (II) af floatglasruden (1.1) og den anden floatglasrude (1.2), og d. et brandbeskyttelseslag (2.1) indstobcs og haerdes i formhulrummet.
14. Fremgangsmade ifplge krav 13, hvor fremgangsmadetrinene gentages mindst en gang med en yderligere floatglasrude (1.3) og et yderligere brandbeskyttelseslag (2.2).
15. Anvendelse af et beskyttelseslag (3.1) mellem en tinbadside (II) af en floatglasrude (1.1) og et brandbeskyttelseslag (2.1) ifplge et af kravene 1 til 9 til reduktion af uklarheden af floatglasruden (1.1) ved aeldning.
