Claims (17)

1. Levndesmiddelemballage omfattende: a) et levnedsmiddel, b) en folie på basis af polyolefiner, hvilken folie omslutter levnedsmidlet, c) en karton på basis af en genbrugskarton, hvilken karton omslutter folien på basis af polyolefiner indeholdende levnedsmidlet, kendetegnet ved, at folien på basis af polyolefiner omfatter mindst én belægning omfattende (i) akrylatpolymer og/eller (il) halogenholdige vinyl- og/eller vinyliden-polymerer og/eller (Ni) polymerer baseret på vinylalkohol (VOH), og belægningen foreligger i det mindste på den side af folien, der er vendt mod kartonen på basis af en genbrugskarton.
2. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at folien og/eller kartonen ikke omfatter nogen metallisering, som forhindrer migrationen af mineralolier i det emballerede levnedsmiddel.
3. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at folien på basis af polyolefin er en biaksialt orienteret polypropylenfolie (boPP).
4. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at polypropylen-folien er opbygget i flere lag og omfatter et basislag, der indeholder 75 til 98 vægtprocent af polyolefinen, i hvert tilfælde i forhold til vægten af laget.
5. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at polypropylen-folien er étlags og indeholder 90 til 100 vægtprocent propylenpolymerer, hvis smeltepunkt andrager 120 °C eller højere og omfatter et smeltestrømningsindeks på 1 til 10 g/10 min ved 230 °C og en kraft på 21,6 N (DIN 53735).
6. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at polyolefinen af folien indeholder pigmenter i en mængde på fra 0,5 til 10 vægtprocent.
7. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav Itil 6, kendetegnet ved, at folien på én eller begge sider omfatter et koblingsmiddel af polyethylenimin, på hvilken belægnin-gen/belægningerne er anbragt.
8. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at belægningen foreligger på begge sider af folien, og i hvert tilfælde omfatter en samlet tykkelse på mellem 0,4 - 5 pm.
9. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at belægningen er opbygget i flere lag, og ved en belægning af halogenholdige vinyl- og/eller vinyli-denpolymerer først omfatter et sekundært primerlag på basis af vinylacetat/acrylat, og lagtykkelsen af det sekundære primerlag omfatter 50-100 % af lagtykkelsen af belægningen af halogenholdige vinyl- og/eller vinylidenpolymerer.
10. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at belægningsmaterialet af en polymer baseret på vinylalkohol (VOH) omfatter en blanding af ethy-lenvinylalkohol (EVOH) og polyvinylalkohol.
11. Levnedsmiddelemballage ifølge krav 1 til 10, k e η d e t e g η e t ved, at mængden af belægning per side af folien efter tørring andrager mellem 0,5 og 1,0 g/m^ for belægningsmaterialer af polymerer baseret på vinylalkohol (VOH), og at lagtykkelsen andrager 1 til 1,5 pm.
12. Levnedsmiddelemballage Ifølge krav Itil 9, kendetegnet ved, at mængden af belægning per side af folien efter tørring andrager mellem 0,5 og 1,0 g/m^ for belægningsmaterialer baseret på akrylat, og at lagtykkelsen andrager 1 til 1,5 pm.
13. Levnedsmiddelemballage Ifølge krav Itil 9, kendetegnet ved, at mængden af belægning per side af folien efter tørring andrager mellem 2,5 og 4 g/m^ for belægningsmaterialer på basis af halogenholdige vinyl- og/eller vinylidenpolymerer, hvor den førnævnte mængde Inkluderer mængden af det sekundære primerlag på basis af vinylace-tat/akrylat, og at lagtykkelsen andrager 1,5 til 2,0 pm.
14. Levnedsmiddelemballage Ifølge krav 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at genbugskartonen indeholder mindst 300 - 1000 mg/kg mineralolie.
15. Levnedsmiddelemballage Ifølge krav 1 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at mineralolien indeholder MOSH- og MOAH-andele, og MOSH-andelene er MOSH 14-24 og MOSH 24-35, og MOAH-andelene er MOAH 14-24 og MOAH 24-35.

Levnedsmiddelemballage Ifølge krav 1 til 15, kendetegnet ved, at folien omfatter en barriere for den i genbrugskartonen tilstedeværende mineralolie, og • maksimalt 1 % af den i genbrugskartonen tilstedeværende MOSH 14-24-fraktion diffunderer ind i en levnedsmiddelsimulant, når andelen af MOSH 14-24-fraktionen i mineralolien af genbrugskartonen andrager min. 30 vægtprocent, eller • maksimalt 1,6 % af den i genbrugskartonen tilstedeværende MOSH 24-35-fraktion diffunderer ind i en levnedsmiddelsimulant, når andelen af MOSH 24-35-fraktionen i mineralolien af genbrugskartonen andrager min. 10 vægtprocent, eller • maksimalt 0,5 % af den i genbrugskartonen tilstedeværende MOAH 14-24-fraktion diffunderer ind i en levnedsmiddelsimulant, når andelen af MOAH 14-24-fraktionen i mineralolien af genbrugskartonen andrager min. 10 vægtprocent, eller • maksimalt 3,5 % af den i genbrugskartonen tilstedeværende MOAH 24-35-fraktion diffunderer ind i en ievnedsmiddeisimuiant, når andeien af MOAH 24-35-fraktionen i mineraioiien af genbrugskartonen andrager min. 1 vægtprocent.
